Who Are We?
My name is Lee, and I am the proud owner of Quality Clean Detail, a professional detailing company serving Orlando, DeLand and the rest of Central Florida. What we do is not a car wash with extra steps. It is a full reset of your vehicle: deep interior shampooing and cleaning, decontamination and correction on the paint, and ceramic coatings that hold that finish for years.
We also run mobile service for clients who would rather not give up an afternoon.

No mystery packages and no upsells waiting at the end. Here is exactly what happens to your vehicle, and what does not happen unless you ask for it.

- Deep vacuum of carpets, seats, trunk and every crevice
- Hot water extraction on seats and upholstery
- Panels, vents, console, cup holders and door jambs cleaned by hand

That is the entire add-on list, and you choose them yourself. We do not run condition surcharges, so nothing else gets added to your bill once we are on site. Carpet shampoo is a separate deep process and sits outside the full detail on purpose, so you are never paying for it when you do not need it.

Questions people actually ask
Do I need to be there while you work?
No. We just need access to the vehicle and the keys. Plenty of clients hand off, go back to what they were doing, and come back to a finished vehicle.
Do you come to me, or do I bring the vehicle to you?
Either one. We run mobile service across the Orlando metro. Everywhere else in Central Florida, you drop the vehicle with us. The work and the price are the same either way.
Will you get every stain out?
We pull out more than most people expect, but not everything comes out. A spill from last week is a completely different job than one that has been baking in Florida heat for two years, and the fabric itself can be permanently dyed. We will tell you honestly what we think we can do before we start rather than after we have your money.
Will the price change once you see my car?
No. Whatever we quote you on the call is the number. We do not add charges on site, and we do not price by condition. If you want an add-on you choose it yourself and you hear exactly what it costs first.
How often should I get a full detail?
In Florida, most daily drivers do well with a full detail twice a year and maintenance work in between. Sun, sprinkler water and love bugs are harder on a vehicle here than almost anywhere else. If you would rather not think about it, a recurring plan handles the scheduling for you.
How do I pay?
Card or cash. Payment is handled through Square, and you pay when the work is finished and you are happy with it.
